Meatballs
What's not to love about meatballs? Am I right! They can be made of ground beef, chicken, pork or different seafoods from lobster to shrimp to fish. You can have them steamed, baked, pan fried, grilled or even smoked. They are perfect as they are, but drizzle them or submerge them in a sauce and they can go from an appetizer, to a sandwich to a lunch or dinner in minutes.
