No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Bars

  • 1 1/2 cups chunky peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 cups corn flakes
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  • In a microwavable bowl add the sugar, honey and peanut butter. Microwave for about 2 minutes, stirring every thirty seconds until it is smooth.
  • Add the chocolate chips and stir until melted.
  • In a bowl mix together the corn flakes, oats and cinnamon. Pour the melted peanut butter and chocolate mixture over and with a spatula stir to coat completely.
  • Pour into a parchment lined 9” square pan. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and corners of the pan, smoothing out the top. Chill in the refrigerator until firm, about 3 hours. Slice into squares or bars. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
