In a microwavable bowl add the sugar, honey and peanut butter. Microwave for about 2 minutes, stirring every thirty seconds until it is smooth.
Add the chocolate chips and stir until melted.
In a bowl mix together the corn flakes, oats and cinnamon. Pour the melted peanut butter and chocolate mixture over and with a spatula stir to coat completely.
Pour into a parchment lined 9” square pan. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and corners of the pan, smoothing out the top. Chill in the refrigerator until firm, about 3 hours. Slice into squares or bars. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
