These Moo Shu Pork Sliders use ground pork, chopped water chestnuts and spices, are grilled then topped with a drizzle of hoisin sauce on a Hawaiian roll.
In a medium bowl thoroughly mix all ingredients except hoisin and rolls.
Shape pork mixture into 4 patties and cook on a oiled grill, the BBQ or in a frying pan until desired doneness - 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Toast the Hawaiian Bread rolls. Spread a tablespoon of hoisin sauce on toasted Hawaiian bread bun bottom. Top each with red leaf lettuce, slider and top with other toasted roll half.
